The G16" is the younger sibling of the G32", with nearly all of the G32"'s features packed into a compact 16-inch grill.

In addition to the G32", the G16" offers expanded grilling options with a separate cooking space. At the same time, it can also function as a standalone main grill within a platform for a compact kitchen unit on a balcony or small front garden.

  • With its compact grill surface, the G16" offers a wide range of grilling options. It has precise burner control for lower temperature ranges, allowing for indirect grilling with a heat deflector rack. The G16" can also be used with accessories such as a griddle plate, pizza stone, or smoker box.
  • The G16" has a powerful, precise cast stainless steel burner that outputs up to 9.1 kW / 30,000 BTU. It also has an infrared rotisserie burner for added versatility in cooking methods.
  • The G16" is equipped with sensors and temperature probes similar to those in the G32" Connected. Users can monitor grill temperatures and meat probe status via the app, set alarms, check gas levels, and have the grill light turn on automatically when it gets dark.

We are thrilled to announce that our design for the Otto Wilde platform has been recognized with four prestigious international design awards. The platform was awarded the Red Dot Design Award as Best of the Best in 2022, the German Design Award 2023, and the IF Award 2022. The G32" model was also honored with the Red Dot Design Award 2022 in the Smart Products category.

The G16" Firebox

The firebox is designed for optimal heat stability and versatility. It features a variety of functions that you typically wouldn't even find in the absolute premium segment.

Rotisserie burner

We also designed a long rotisserie burner for the G16" to utilize the full width of the grill. This infrared gas burner has an output of 1.8 kW / 6,000 BTU and heats up to 600°C in a few seconds.

Ultra modularity

Modularity is the key. Individual configuration of grill and storage modules, as well as doors, drawers, and countertops. Inserts such as grates, cutting boards, stainless steel covers, pizza stones, and grill plates can be freely combined.

Building bricks

All modules of Otto‘s platform can be combined individually. New modules can be added to or exchanged to the kitchen unit at any time.

The G16" includes a double insulated lid, full dome lights, ample storage, precise fine adjustment, push 'n turn pulse ignition, 2 zone probes, leveling casters, and a power brick.

Double insulated lid

The double-walled lid provides effective insulation against external temperatures, while the interior's unique design ensures ideal heat circulation throughout the grilling chamber.

The gas supply for modules can be combined from a single source, whether it is natural gas or a gas cylinder.

Tools

Having the right tools can make all the difference. From sturdy tongs and forks to heat-resistant gloves and spatulas, we have designed a wide range of high-quality tools for Otto Wilde.

Rotisserie

The rotisserie fits left and right to the G32" and G16" and can even be connected and inserted through both grill chambers. The motor can be plugged into the power brick on the back of the grill.

Built-In

The structural design of all grill modules allows for integration of modules without a cart as a built-in option in pre-existing outdoor kitchen setups. It is technically feasible to use a conversion kit to connect the modules to natural gas.

Accessoires

Whether pizza stone, griddle plate, smoker box or grate, all accessories are modular and can be used in the G32", G16" and some of them even in the C16".

Griddle plate

The griddle plate completes the G32", G16" and even the C16". The slightly inclined, solid stainless steel plate is easy to clean and ensures even heat distribution. Remaining fat and roasty bits can easily be pushed into the removable drawer.

Specialized Cookware

Grilling is about communication and creativity outdoors. We designed cookware that integrates perfectly into the modular construction of our grills and storage modules.

Pans and Plates

These pans and plates are designed in the 8-inch format and fit perfectly into the firebox of the G32 and G16. The teppan plate can be used both as a grill plate and as a lid for cooking in the skillet pan. The skillet pan is ideal for quick frying as well as for preparing curries and sugos. The flat bottom surface also allows it to be used on the C16.
